This notice explains what we do with your information when you visit knowsy.love or join the Knowsy waitlist. The Knowsy app will have its own, fuller privacy notice when it launches.
Who we are
Knowsy is run by Symphony Projects Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07363561), at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU, United Kingdom. We are the "controller" of your personal data. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number [ICO NUMBER]).

What we collect

We don't ask for your name, and we don't collect anything about your relationship on this website.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. To understand how many people visit, we may use privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies or identify you. If we ever add cookies that aren't strictly necessary, we'll ask first.
Who we share it with
We use [MailerLite to store the waitlist and send emails, and Cloudflare to run this website. They act only on our instructions, under contracts that protect your data. We never sell your information or share it for others' marketing.
If a provider stores data outside the UK, we make sure it's protected by UK-approved safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after Knowsy launches if you haven't joined the app — whichever comes first. Then we delete it.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- See the information we hold about you, and correct it.
- Ask us to delete it, or to stop or restrict using it.
- Take a copy to use elsewhere.
- Withdraw consent at any time; this doesn't affect anything we did before.
Email privacy@knowsy.love and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Age
Knowsy is for adults. You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you by email if the change is significant.
